Monitoring Features
Screenshots and app tracking are opt-in server settings (SCREENSHOTS_ENABLED, APP_TRACKING_ENABLED). Turning one on bumps the consent policy, so every employee re-consents before it takes effect.
Activity Tracking
Keyboard/mouse activity is measured as counts only (how many key presses, clicks, scrolls) — never which keys or where the pointer is.
App & Website Categories
Classify applications and websites as productive, unproductive or neutral. These drive the productivity figures. Company-specific rules override organisation-wide ones.
